The CSSW Writing Center's summer schedule is now available for appointments. The summer schedule will run between Tuesday, May 27 and Thursday, August 21. 

The following students and alumni may use the Writing Center during summer session:

• Current CSSW students enrolled in summer coursework
• Current CSSW students not enrolled in summer coursework 
• 2025 CSSW graduates

All sign-up policies remain in effect. See our FAQ page for more information about our summer schedule and programming. Please contact Director Adam Pellegrini at ap3149@columbia.edu with any questions about the CSSW Writing Center.

Please note the following sign-up policies for the Writing Center: 

• The CSSW Writing Center offers a hybrid schedule, with three appointment options—in-person meetings, online meetings (instructions), and written feedback requests.
• Staff marked as "Online & Room 402" are on site at CSSW and available for all three appointment options. Staff marked as "Online only" are working remotely, and are not available for in-person appointments at CSSW. Please check your appointment carefully to ensure that you have selected the desired appointment option, based on our schedule availability.
• Each week (Monday – Sunday) students may schedule in advance TWO 50-minute online appointments.  
• Students may hold one 50-minute appointment in a given day. 
• We'll use Zoom or another accessible platform for group meetings of three or more participants.
• Students may cancel or modify an appointment until the scheduled start time.
